I’ve been doing it for few weeks now and so far I’ve tried pilates, dancing and kickboxing. And will hopefully continue doing it for the next few months – Mission Fit Summer is on! I simply hook my computer to TV and then jump around in my living room. It sounds funny, but it’s actually quite fun! Of course you have to make yourself do all the things, because nobody else is there to scream on you, but I find that if I choose a fun program, I’ll stick to it through the end. And it last just 15-30 minutes (but trust me, it’s intense!), which is great if you’re in a hurry. I’m determined to try all kinds they offer, just so I find the absolute right thing for me. So far, I’ve been loving Fat Burning Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing and Ab Attack. If you want something totally flexible for yourself, go try Crunch Live!
