Yes, you might be sick and tired of me saying this, but damn, I love Italy! You have no idea how amazing I feel there. It’s like I found my home away from home. I hate to overdo this word, but Verona is perfect. It’s amazing destination for short getaways, when all you need is to relax and regroup. This small town with lots of history and narrow streets to wander around is a fine place to get lost in. The pulse of the city is so calm and serene, very different than the rest of the Italy. Have you seen the movie Letters to Juliet? If not, do it, it shows this city in all the right colors. It wasn’t my first time in Verona (as some of you may remember from this post), but it gets me every time.
