Špela, how come you’re not wearing black?! When you look at this outfit, it most certainly doesn’t scream my name. Sometimes I think the “all black outfit” fame was just in my head, but then I see others noticed it too. It’s funny how they are the ones pointing out how my wardrobe palette is brightening up. Just like wearing just black wasn’t intentional, this lighter choices aren’t as well. It just feels right.
I feel like something is lifting and can’t help but change the wardrobe accordingly. It could be that my soul is finally cleaning or something, but who knows what the universe is up to.
I don’t know if this is the usual summer vibe I get this time of the year or something more permanent. I definitely feel something heavier lifting up. Life currently is running on a comfortable low-key pattern, that seems to be functioning perfectly for my soul. It’s definitely not a rut, more like a series of conscious decisions about what makes me happy and content. Keeping anxiety and negativity at bay with putting myself first. Being mindful with the company I keep, recognizing how certain actions make me feel and reacting accordingly, avoiding the drama. Tiny steps for the society, big steps for little me. ♥
