I have quite a tradition of writing down my goals and resolutions each new year. It gives me perspective and some kind of way to where I want my year to go. I learned not to aim too high, but think more realistically in order to fulfil them. Sometimes smaller steps make bigger difference than long jumps. This year, I’m not wishing for big things, I just want to continue on developing and getting to know myself.
Learn to listen to myself more.
To the body, the mind, the heart. All three are essential for living a happy life. What’s going on around you is not that important if your inside is not in sync. I need to learn to go after what I want fearlessly, take a chance on things. Courage, dear heart! Love, job, life in general.
Continue on eating good and working out.
To continue on feeling good in my body, good diet and workout are essential, I realized. I’m not where I want to be just yet, but I know I’m on a right path. Maybe I’ll stick to my 5 workouts/week routine or maybe I’ll tone down to just a few, but exercise needs to stay. As for food, I’ll try to stay a concious eater and keep on improving.
There are still so many undiscovered cities for me to explore and this year I’m determined to travel even more. Even further! Ljubljana is getting small and I want to see as much of the world and even our little Slovenia as I possibly can.
