Holiday food can quite easily revolve around meat and dairy-heavy food, which can be a bit hard for vegans. I know that having such a strict diet can cause few headaches when you’re being invited to festive dinners, but it definitely doesn’t need to be that stressful. Contrary to popular belief, even with such limitations you can create a proper feast and still stay on the traditional menu, with just a few tweaks. Being that the meat and dairy free food is usually lighter, there’s more room for dessert – I count that as bonus points!
