With new school year fast approaching, it’s time to get organized again. Even if you’re not in school anymore, tips below could come useful!
1. Clean desk equals happy life
Less crap you have lying around, faster you’ll get things done. Yes, it’s that easy.
2. Buy a planner and make him your best friend
Personally I prefer planning on a real piece of paper over virtual one. It just looks more real to me. That’s why my Moleskine is with me 97% of the time (except when my bag is too small… #girlsproblems).
3. Use the smart part of your phone
They’re called smart for a reason! Angry Birds are great and all, but App Store also offers many great apps that can help you be organized and get through everyday tasks smoother. Personally, I like to plan on paper, but perhaps you’ll find it better to write it down virtually.
4. Write it down, put it where you can see it, REMEMBER IT!
White, chalk, cork boards, it doesn’t matter. Get one and stick on all information you can’t forget on.
But most importantly? Make plans, don’t wait until the last minute. Yes, leave room for some spontaneity, just don’t leave your whole life hanging like that. Now’s your turn to share the goods!
Enka in dvojka sta moji najljubši. Včasih pa tudi zapišem stvari na A4 ali A5 in jih razdelim na posamezne korake, sploh ko delam kaj novega in se me je strah lotiti.
I have to take your post as an example! I am about to clean my desk for days and always make up excuses… but you are so right, cleaning it gives us more energy to have things (finally) done! denisesplanet.com
Oh, me too, it’s getting crowded fast… But it gets so easier when there’s only things that need to be on!
