I think by now, you all know how my I adore summer. Even with my birthday long gone, I still wake up every morning feeling like a little kid on a Christmas eve. Even though my real time-off is still long three months away, I can’t help but skip around. A first school-free summer after forever will do that to you!
I could go on and on about how much I love life right now, feeling like I am on holidays even at work, but I will stop myself and just share few snaps of my amazing weekend in Izola. Being in the city over the summer is great, but every now and again, you need a breeze of sea wind to log off and shut down. I took the weekend off, grabbed swimsuits, a good book and headed up to Slovenian coast, leaving at home everything, including my bra and make up. Sunburned, with full batteries and all caught up with the latest coastal gossip, all helpfully provided by the best host Eva, I can safely say this weekend was a big success.
